1. Ordering & prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Orders are confirmed by email with an estimated delivery week. Goods are made to order at our Norfolk factory.

2. Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Delivery is free across Europe. Outside Europe delivery starts at €120 and is calculated from the destination and the size of the greenhouse; the charge is quoted before order confirmation and excludes insurance and any customs or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility. Where insurance is required it is shown separately on the quotation. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on payment in full.

3. Cancellation & returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Because greenhouses are made to your size and colour specification, return carriage of made-to-order goods is the customer's responsibility. [Confirm exact policy with legal adviser.]

4. The 25-year framework guarantee

The aluminium framework of every Rhino greenhouse is guaranteed against structural failure and manufacturing defect for 25 years from delivery, for the original purchaser at the original installation address. The guarantee covers repair or replacement of affected framework components. It does not cover glazing breakage, storm damage to glazing, consequential loss, or damage from incorrect assembly or inadequate foundations. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

5. Liability & statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
